How can I get your offer sheet?

What is the minimum quantity order?
The minimum quantity order is 20ft container.

What is the production and delivery time?
Production is from 10 to 15 days, depending upon the high demand of our products.

What is the price of shipping of the container and can I use KAICHENG Forwarder Company to do my shipping?
Depending upon the port of delivery, prices vary. You may use our forwarder for your shipping needs.

May I order a sample before I order a container order?
Yes. If you can not buy our product in your local area we will ship a sample to you. You will be charged a sample price plus all related shipping costs. TNT or DHL will be used as the carriers.

May I mix my container order?
Yes. 2 models for 20”FCL container. 3 models for 40”FCL and 40”HQ container.

Can I use my own logo and design on products?
Yes. OEM is welcomed. Depending on the job difficulty and quantity pricing varies.

May I visit your factory?
We always welcome customers to our factory. Nearest airport is YiWu. We will provide your ride from the airport to our factory. Before your trip please email us for further instructions.

Do you provide distributor or sole agency?
Yes we do. There are many aspects to discuss before any agency is granted.

Will KAICHENG develop new models in 2006 and when?
We are currently developing new several types ATV and racing motcycles which the prototypes will finish soon

Do KAICHENG models confirm to any European and USA regulations?
Yes. We are now in the final stages of getting our all ATV and scooter models in various engine displacements EEC approved for the European market.Even last year,we got 8types of EEC approval.

Can I import your ATV and scooter into USA in 2006?
Please check back to our website regularly for more up to date information on EPA certification.

Can I use VIN numbers on my order?
Yes at no extra charge.

What kind of warranty does KAICHENG provide with their products?
We supply 1% free spare parts according to the amount that the clients order and is included in the container.

Should you have problems due to part defect, please email us with pictures so as to see the problem. If we find the part is defective we will send the appropriate parts to you via Air Express. It is suggested to buy parts also so as to have stock for future customer service.

Why do KAICHENG prices differ from other suppliers?
You know how the saying goes; “You get what you pay for” ,well ,the same is true for China.
